Patient Care Coordinator (Registered Nurse) | Australia, Remote Position


The Position We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years experience and current AHPRA registration to join our dynamic and friendly team. Ideally you have GP clinic or outpatient experience, but RNs seeking a challenge from all clinical disciplines are encouraged to apply. This is a remote position - you will be working from home. We are looking for someone who can work in a flexible growth environment whilst providing exemplary patient care. Responsibilities

  • Help current and prospective patients to navigate through their medicinal cannabis journey. Your support, skill and attention to detail will help ensure an excellent patient experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for between patients and doctors, responding to enquiries and escalating where required.
  • Explain access pathways including processes related to the TGA and Special Access Scheme medications.
  • Conduct structured patient pre-assessments via telehealth, including accurate and complete documentation of medical history and medication regimes.
  • Discuss presenting conditions and work with patients to set treatment goals within pre-assessment consultations.
  • Explain the practicalities of medicinal cannabis treatments with the ability to convey complicated information in a patient-friendly format.
  • Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive medical records and up to date patient contact information.
  • Oversee pathology requests and results.
  • Attend to general administrative clinic tasks as required

Skills & Experience
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration - nil practicing restrictions.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical nursing experience.
  • National Police Clearance
  • Experience in undertaking patient assessments and care planning.
  • Experience working in a GP clinic or outpatient setting will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient records with regards to legal documentation requirements.
  • Display commitment to providing a high standard of patient-centered care.
  • Experience with medicinal cannabis treatments will be highly regarded however it is not a requirement - full training will be provided.

Operations

Operations Manager | Australia, All Territories


The Position The Operations Manager is fully responsible and accountable for the effective and efficient day-to-day operational activity at Montu. This includes in particular managing the supply chain across several brands, coordinating processes across our nationwide network of dispensing pharmacies, and overseeing the call/support centre activity. Main focus is on scalability, efficiency and automation of processes. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational excellence and deliverability of products and services
  • Manage and coordinate ordering, shipping and warehousing of products
